Frequently asked Questions- Washing Machine
The washing cycle has stopped, but there's still water in the washing machine and the door is locked.
To manually open the door you will need to:

  • take the front panel off at the bottom of the machine
  • unscrew the cap, this will release the water. ( we recommend: placing bowl under the cap prior to unscrewing).

Once the water has emptied replace the cap and put the front panel back on, the door will now unlock.
