Listed below are the washing machine error codes. Click the code that appears on the machine for a possible solution. If a solution has not been listed then we would recommend checking out our Q & A’s Page where you will find questions we have been asked the most by our customers.
Electronic circuit board fault
Issue: Washing Machine is not operating – some or all functions are not selectable
Solution : We recommend that you disconnect (unplug the machine from the mains supply for 2 minutes. Reconnect supply and wait 30 seconds and try the machine again.
Motor circuit fault
Issue: Intermittent or no drum rotation during wash cycle.
Temperature sensing fault
Issue: Washing Machine is not heating on wash or dry settings
Waste pipe blockage or pump issue
Issue: Washing machine’s door will not open / the door can be opened but water remains inside the drum.
Solution: Check for blockages in waste water hose and remove debris.
To manually open the door, you will need to take the front panel off at the bottom of the machine, unscrew the cap, this will release the water. ( we recommend: placing bowl under the cap prior to unscrewing).
Once the water has emptied replace the cap and put the front panel back on, the door will now unlock.
Put the cycle on a quick spin to remove excess water from clothing items.
Door Lock Fault
Issue: Washing machine’s door will not close / when the door is closed the machine will not start
Solution: Please check for any obstructions in the door lock or overloading of the machine
Electronic or heating circuit fault
Issue: During a wash cycle the programme pauses part way through / the machine is not heating and the pump runs continuously.
Solution:
Heater Fault
Issue: During a wash cycle the programme pauses part way through
Software Fault:
Issue: Washing machine is not operating multiple lights and/or displays. Unable to select a programme
Pump Circuit Fault
Issue: Water remains in washing machine / not pumping out.
Electronic control fault
Issue: Washing machine is not operating (tuning on)
Heater control fault
Issue: Washing machine is not heating water or pauses during a wash cycle
Internal data error
Some or all display / functions do not work on my washing machine
Solution: Please disconnect (unplug) the appliance from the mains supply for a minimum of 2 minutes.
Reconnect supply, wait 30 seconds and try starting the machine again.
